One of the UK's newest and most hi-tech Rixen pro cable rig. We've completely replaced the old rig with a brand new top of the range Rixen rig. The rig is a standard 5 corner layout, making the first corners easier for beginners. We've gone super-tight on the cable, and it's a massive 9.6m high allowing more advanced riders to get huge air anywhere on the cable and especially near any of the corners. Most of the time we run at 30KPH, the standard speed and perfect for riders of all abilities, and for skiers we can run up to 58KPH and short lines for the top guys. We currently have 5 sliders in the water, a 90ft flat bar, a new staked in A- frame, a pipe slider with a kick off the end, a large m rail with fun box attached and also a large aframe to flatbar. We currently have 2 kickers so both goofy and regular riders can practice toeside and heelside tricks. We aim to keep our park up to date with new toys to play on, many thanks go out to our current sponsors Protest, Liquid Force, Dragon, Billabong and Hours. Pro Shop

Our well-stocked pro shop has a wide range of boards, skis, bindings, skates, wetsuits in all sizes, buoyancy aids and impact jackets, gloves, helmets, fins, etc. etc. Why not grab a coffee in the Cappuccino Bar, take a browse, or just come down and chill out to the music and DVDs on the surround sound system.

Cappuccino Bar

The Cappuccino Bar is right next to the Pro Shop, so you can grab a hot drink and a snack whenever you want. The Cappuccino bar now has an indoor seated area ideal for getting warm after a day of riding. It's be a great place for friends and family to hang out and enjoy some refreshments with a great view of the riders on the cable.

Changing Rooms and Showers

Of course we also have separate male and female changing rooms and showers, as well as lockers for your bags and valuables.

LA Fitness

LA Fitness is a private health club and gym that shares lake frontage with us. Its members only, so unfortunately you can't just turn up and workout, but if you live locally it's the perfect place to workout and keep fit.

Two for One Restaurant

The Two For One Restaurant and Lakeside Bar are next to LA Fitness, about 100 meters from our front door. You, your friends, and your guests can take time out to grab a drink in the large licensed bar, or enjoy a full restaurant meal (in fact TWO meals for the price of ONE) with scenic beautiful outlook over the sailing lake.

Travel Inn

Next door to the Lakeside Bar is a conveniently located Travel Inn; perfect if you want to visit us for the weekend, or even for a mid-week overnight stay.

Sailing & Windsurfing, Cycle Hire, Pedlo Hire, and Canoe Hire

Also onsite is the Watersports Centre, run by Whitecap Leisure who provide full RYI approved courses in sailing and windsurfing as well as boat and board storage. Bikes can be hired by the day - a perfect way to get around and see all of Willen Park or even for popping into MK town centre which is just two miles away. For those looking for some leisurely watersports fun why not hire a Canadian canoe, kayak, or even a pedlo for an afternoon on the lake?

Bird Feeding Areas

Willen Lake is home to literally hundreds of Canadian geese and swans, and special bird feeing areas have been set up at several points along the lakeside boardwalk.

Cycle Trails and Lakeside Walks

At 180 acres, Willen Park spans both sides of the main roads into MK from the M1. The whole park is beautifully landscaped and cycleways and footpaths thread their way throughout, from the mini-bowl and WakeMK on one side to the spectacular Peace Pagoda on the other. If you fancy some sight-seeing, or have family to entertain, bring your bikes or just hire them when you get here.
